What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer a one time return & exchange within 7 days of delivery in Singapore and 14 days for international orders. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on earrings.

To be eligible for a return store credit, make sure that your items are back at our facilities within 7 and 14 days respectively. Items must be unworn, have tags still attached and original packaging intact. All items must be shipped back to us in the original box to avoid damaging the jewelry. Any damage items returned will not be refunded. We reserve the right to deduct a SGD $4 shipping fee for any return orders under free shipping. Sale items non-refundable nor exchangeable.

 

What if my product is damaged?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you! If you’ve received a damaged, or incorrect item, send an email to yilin@ivymasterpiece.com with a clear photo of the defect or the wrong item you received, along with your name and order number. We'll get in touch to have your item replaced.

 

How long does it takes to process returns?

Once we've received the package, it takes up to 5 business days to process your return and issue a refund. An email update will be sent once we process your return and refund your original method of payment. It can take up to 3-7 business days for refunds to appear back on your credit card or PayPal account.

 

What are the payment options?

We accept credit cards and Paypal currently.

 

Problems with size?

Simply make an appointment before heading down to our physical store and we will do a one time exchange for you!
